Terms and Conditions

  1. All prices in SGD.
  2. All prices not inclusive of postage unless otherwise stated.
  3. All goods sold are new and in good condition.
  4. BriaSugar will not be held responsible for lost or damaged mails unless you opted for registered mail.
  5. No refunds and exchanges allowed once payment is made. All transactions are final.
  6. All prices are fixed and not negotiable.
  7. Registered mail is recommended and available at an additional $2.24.
  8. Dead buyers will be blacklisted.
  9. All comments are moderated for the privacy of customers who leave personal details for further contact.
  10. Strictly no meet-ups.

Refunds and Exchanges
BriaSugar does not have a refund or exchange policy. 
This is to prevent the policies from being abused. 

On sizing: Before purchase, please check measurements given to ensure a perfect fit.

On quality: We do check each and every item whenever new stock is received as well as before it is mailed out so you can be assured that the items are in perfect condition. Should we find any defects, we will not mail out the items and inform you immediately. Your payment will then we changed to BriaSugarCredit (see below). 


Credit Policy
In the unlikely event of excess payment e.g. overestimated postage fees, BriaSugar will not refund you the excess in cash. This is to save precious time on our part. Your excess payment will be changed to BriaSugarCredit and can be used for future purchases. 

1.00 SGD = 1.00 BriaSugarCredit

However, if you would really prefer to be refunded in cash, please email us and we will transfer the amount to your account. The date and time this is done will be to our discretion due to overwhelming schedules, we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
