We will reply with the order confirmation within 24 hours, unless otherwise stated.

** If you decide to back out of an order, please do have the courtesy let us know as soon as possible thank you. Failing to do so, you will be blacklisted. **

Payment

Customers are to make payments to BriaSugar's account within 24 hours after receipt of email confirmation. Failing to do so, the item will be made available to people in the waiting list.

For interbank transfer payments (i.e across banks for example UOB a/c to our POSB a/c), the statement of payment will only be reflected at least 3 days after payment. Hence, your item will only be posted AFTER the statement is reflected.

Please email us once you have made payment with the following information:

For Internet Banking:

1. IB nick

2. Transaction reference

For ATM transfers:

1. Amount transferred.

2. Date and time of transfer.

3. Transaction reference.

In the case of any confusion, we may request for a scan/snapshot of your transaction receipt. We sincerely seek your understanding in such case.

Mailing

Postage fees vary depending on weight and is usually between $0.80 to $1.50.

Registered mail is recommended and available at an additional $2.24.

Upon receipt of payment, the item will be mailed out within 24 hours for normal mail.

For registered mail, items will only be mailed out on the upcoming Saturday. We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused. However, if our schedules allow it, we will mail them out ASAP.

Once the items have been mailed, we will notify you through email and/or update on our blog.

For both normal and registered mail, if items are posted on Monday-Thursday, it should arrive the next working day after posting. If items are posted on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, it will only arrive on Tuesday.
